These Terms and Conditions apply when you use TittleT.com or place an order with Tittle T.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.

If we need to contact you about an order, we will normally use the email address or other contact details you provide during checkout.

When you place an order through TittleT.com, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.

After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A contract between you and Tittle T is formed when we accept your order and begin processing it for fulfilment.

We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

All prices shown on TittleT.com are in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.

The price you pay will be the price shown at checkout when you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices shown on the website are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you place an order, we may contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Your order will not be processed for fulfilment until payment has been successfully authorised.

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately.

Because products are printed and fulfilled on demand, there may be minor variations in colour, positioning, size or appearance between the product shown on screen and the item you receive. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.

Product availability may change without notice.

Where a product includes personalised or custom information supplied by you, you are responsible for checking that the information you provide is accurate before placing your order.

We will arrange delivery to the address you provide when placing your order.

Before you place your order, we will provide information about the available delivery options, delivery charges and estimated delivery times.

Any delivery timeframe we provide is an estimate unless we expressly agree a specific delivery date or period with you.

If no specific delivery time or period has been agreed, we will deliver your order without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because the address you supplied was incorrect or incomplete, you may be responsible for any reasonable additional costs involved in re-delivery or replacement.

If delivery is delayed beyond an agreed delivery period, or beyond 30 days where no period has been agreed, you may have rights to require delivery within a further reasonable period or, in some circumstances, to cancel the contract and receive a refund.

Tittle T currently accepts orders for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We do not currently accept orders for delivery outside the UK. If this changes, we will update the information on TittleT.com.

For standard, non-personalised products bought online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

If you cancel within that period, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Where the cancellation right applies, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and the cost of our standard delivery option, where applicable. You are responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind items unless we state otherwise.

We may reduce a refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect them.

Personalised or custom-made products are normally exempt from the change-of-mind cancellation right where they are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at support@tittlet.com.

We may ask you to provide photographs or other information so that we can assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable remedy.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Some Tittle T products may be personalised or made using information, images or other material that you provide.

You are responsible for checking all personalised information carefully before submitting your order. This includes names, dates, wording, ISBNs, web addresses, QR-code destinations, uploaded artwork and any other custom details.

Where we provide a preview, it is intended to help you check your customisation before ordering. You should review the preview carefully before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for errors in personalised information or material that you supplied and approved, unless the finished product does not match the information or material you provided.

Personalised or custom-made products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised are normally exempt from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right.

This does not affect your legal rights if a personalised product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or not as described.

Unless stated otherwise, the content of TittleT.com, including Tittle T branding, product designs, graphics, text and other original material, is owned by or licensed to Tittle T and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit Tittle T content or designs without permission, except where the law allows.

If you provide text, images, logos, book covers, artwork, QR-code destinations or other material for a personalised product, you confirm that:

• you own that material or have permission to use it for the requested product;
• our use of it to create, manufacture and fulfil your order will not infringe another person’s copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights; and
• the material is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive or otherwise prohibited.

You give Tittle T permission to use the material only as reasonably necessary to create previews, prepare production artwork, manufacture and fulfil your order, provide customer support, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

We may refuse or cancel a personalised order if we reasonably believe the supplied material infringes another person’s rights, is unlawful, or cannot safely or appropriately be used for production.

We take reasonable steps to keep TittleT.com available, accurate and secure, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors.

We may temporarily suspend, restrict or change parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical or business reasons.

You must not misuse TittleT.com, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed. If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity.

We are also not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, although we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such events where possible.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, for example if our products, services, business practices or legal requirements change.

The terms that apply to your order will normally be the version in force when you placed that order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the laws of the part of the UK in which you live.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts that apply under relevant consumer law.
